Flame Grapes
Flame is an early variety, result of a cross between the Thompson Seedless and Cardinal varieties, mainly. In this variety, the cluster is medium-to-large, its berries round, of an intense red color and a strong sweet taste. They’re popular because they have no seeds.
The berries have a hard, crisp pulp, not colored, quite juicy, without aroma or peculiar tastes. This variety was obtained in Fresno (California), coming from the cross between the Cardinal and Sultanina varieties.
